NetAppliance is a Common Carrier providing alarm monitoring signal distribution. The Broadband Alarm Transmitter (BAT) connects a Honeywell Vista® alarm panel to our monitoring station via broadband Internet using a signal control systems located in our Private Network Access Point (P-NAP). BAT signals can then be sent in Contact ID format to our central monitoring station, and signals can also be retransmitted directly to you, by automatic means, such as voice call, text messaging, and/or email.

You choose the destination of each type of signal. Alarm, supervisory, trouble, open/close, and other signals can be routed to the central station, or directly to you, or both. Installation made easy. Just attach 12 VDC power, and connect the BAT to the control’s keypad terminals. Plug in the RJ45 Jack to a Broadband connection, and the installation is complete. Enroll the BAT through our website, and then you will start to receive signals.

SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED: To utilize the BAT service, a subscription must be obtained through NetAppliance. The annual cost is $71.40 ($5.95 / month) for the re-transmission of signals for "self monitoring." When device is purchased, a service agreement application instructions will be included in the package.
